Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
BBG Marine and Electronics ships via every major carrier. Shipping charges are billed at published rates (available on all carriers’ websites).Currently we are offering $8.95 flat-rate ground shipping on most orders through UPS. Overnight shipping is available but we will need to calculate the charge based on your location. There is a size limit on trolling motors and certain other items and an additional fee of $25.00 will be required for oversize orders that are shipped overnight.

**We only ship to the lower 48 States**

Most of our shipments will be sent UPS ground but we reserve the right to use other carriers based on location, convenience and best

rates.


COD Shipments:

We do not accept COD orders.

National Orders (USA):

We ship using carriers that provide tracking on all packages. 

Orders not Received:

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, BBG Marine Electronics is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. 

Missing Product Claims:

Each package and contents are checked before shipping for content. If a customer claims that a product has not been received, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. If we determine a product in fact was missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately.

Damaged Product Claims:

Each package is checked for their content for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged package ask the carrier to note the condition at delivery. You must then email us at BBGmarine@gmail.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will receive an email with the address of where to ship the returned item to.  PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THIS INCLUDES ANY TYPE OF RETURNED ITEM.

COVERAGE & CARRIERS

We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

 

RETURN POLICY:
BBG Marine and Electronics offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt on unopened packages. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and can be sold as new. Special Order or Special Sale OR accessories may not be returned. DVDs, CDs, and MAP cartography are not returnable. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the address we provide. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to BBGmarine@gmail.com Please be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Unwanted Returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
