RETURN POLICY:
BBG Marine and Electronics offers a return or replacement period of 30 days from date of receipt on out of box defective products. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging. Special Order or Special Sale OR accessories may not be returned. DVDs, CDs, and MAP cartography are not returnable. Units requiring service, should be returned directly to the address we provide within 30 days of purchase. Beyond the 30 day period, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to bbgmarine@gmail.com Please be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
*NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. UNWANTED returns can be subject to a 15% restock fee.
